Overall, I don't have anything negative to say about this company. If you're looking for an honest and reputable pool company, East Coast Pools is great! They are very knowledgeable about anything pool related. Also, I think it's worth mentioning that whether I was in the store or calling them, they have never rushed me or acted like they didn't have time for me. Most importantly, they are just as helpful and nice to you AFTER your purchase as they are before you've spent a dime!!!! I was very worried about picking the right company because I've had friends that had picked bad pool companies in the Raleigh area and it sounds like a nightmare to deal with. Thankfully, I made a good choice and I thought it might help someone else in Wilmington that just wants quality work for a good price from a company that cares.
